1. Who we are

CommercialBays.com is operated by Coework LLC. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@coework.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address and authentication records when you create an account (email verification required).

Listing data: property details and photos you submit, plus moderation status and view counts.

Inquiry data: when you contact a landlord we collect the name, email, phone number, and message you provide, and share them with the listing owner.

Billing data: paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store your subscription tier and Stripe customer references.

Usage data: standard web logs, approximate location from IP for abuse prevention, aggregate page views (Google Analytics), and listing view counts.

3. How we use it

To operate the marketplace: publish listings, deliver inquiries to landlords, send transactional email (verification, listing status, inquiry notifications), process subscriptions, show landlords how their listings perform, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that run the platform: Google (Firebase hosting, authentication, database, storage, Maps, Analytics), Stripe (payments), and email delivery via our Gmail workspace. Each processes data under its own terms. We also share inquiry details with the specific landlord you contact, and disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie (“__session”) to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to measure aggregate site usage. Browser settings can block cookies; the site's signed-in features require the session cookie.

6. Retention and your rights

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Email support@coework.com to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information; we will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to server-side credentials. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to support@coework.com.

8. Children

The service is for business users 18 and older and is not directed to children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
